How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least z weeks in advance for standard projects. For larger renovations or time-sensitive projects, please contact us to discuss rush scheduling options.
Do you need to photograph both the "before" and "after"?
Ideally yes, but we can work with existing “before” photos if available. For the best results, we recommend our team capturing both stages to ensure consistent angles, lighting, and quality,Our goal is to create a home that reflects your unique vision, so every detail is in line with your expectations.
Do you help with design choices or I need to hire a designer separately?
Standard delivery is within 3-5 business days after your shoot. Rush delivery options are available for an additional fee, with turnaround as quick as 24-48 hours.
Do I need to move out during the remodel?
You’ll receive high-resolution images for print, web-optimized versions for your website, and social media-formatted images and videos perfect for each platform’s requirements.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to offer that time slot to another client. Cancellations made after the allowed window may be subject to a cancellation fee, especially if preparations have already begun. To make changes, simply contact us via phone or email and we’ll do our best to assist you promptly.
Do I need to be present during the service?
For initial appointments, we recommend that someone be present to walk us through any specific instructions or preferences you may have. After that, for ongoing services or repeat visits, we can proceed even if you’re not home-provided we’ve made prior arrangements and access is granted. Communication is key, so we’ll make sure everything is clearly discussed before the service begins.
